The ‘Mantis project application’ is used to provide insight into project and generates automated checks.

GDPR

The Qperts consultants assess if the data-content, both hard copy and digital, of companies and organizations, is compliant with the new legislation General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into effect in Europe on May 25th, 2018. Staying compliant with the new legislation is not achieved by a single assessment/audit but is an ongoing assessment to ensure the date is compliant with the GDPR. After signing an NDA, Qperts’ experts verify the data in consultation with the client.

Document Management & Control

Document management ensures that throughout all the phases of a project you have insight into all types of documents such as tender applications, tender correspondence, contracts, progress reports, schedules, certificates, as-built drawings, specifications and the like to allow execution, close-out and transfer of projects or installations. Forensic research

In the various phases of complex projects, one must look at the details of specifications, correspondences, tender information, clarifications, consultation reports, etc. in order not to be surprised by the original or changed details in a later phase.

The combination of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) is a very important part of the quality process on projects, at TA’s and maintenance and at regular maintenance. QA is process oriented and focuses attention on the prevention of abnormalities while QC is product oriented and focuses on the identification of defects and abnormalities.

By applying the process of QA/QC we help ensure the quality of all project processes and prove compliance with the requirements at the core of all project processes. The QA/QC specialists set up work processes and procedures. Compliance analysts ensure that the QA/QC processes complete the translation into the applicable laws and regulations, norms and project requirements (incl. stakeholders, governments).

As soon as the QA/QC checks have started on site, both the foundations for proper close-out and digital project summary files are laid. The project summaries are online 24/7 for use by management.

Once these processes are in place, the site checks can be done at the right time, providing reports, certificates, photos and notes. This allows for compliance by object, location, system, unit, or process to be recorded in reports. An important part of this process is when there’s a case of an imminent non-compliance on the work floor, his or her supervisor is immediately and automatically informed.

In the world of TA’s, maintenance, and at projects, being able to prove that you meet all the technical requirements is an absolute must. Our NDT (non-destructive testing) specialists assess the quality of welding and materials and test them to meet the standards and requirements of our client. NDT makes otherwise invisible abnormalities in materials visible, verifies that the welding has been well executed and in accordance with international standards, codes and standards. The findings are documented by us in various types of reports.
